Its that time of year again..

Its been so long since the last post. Now it is entering the 4th quarter of the year and i believe a lot of you is already looking forward till the end of the year.

Yes, the end of the year. The most hectic period for us CM Crews but we like it! LOL!!! Here's to all of CM Crew members, GAMBATTE!!!!!! Live and let die!

In the next post, we will be covering on the other venues that we are performing in and also there will be lots of pictures and videos uploaded via our YOUTUBE account.

But before that, let us welcome KENJI as our blogs new moderator!!!!! yay!!!! (phew~~~now i can look forward to READING!!) LOL!!!

New practise venue~~

Yay!!! Now instead of practising at Paul or Hugo's house, we are now officially practising at a dance studio! This is soooooooo cool! Now we can truly see our own body language! What you thought might look cool on stage isn't that cool when you look at yourself doing it in the mirror! LOL!!!

Its a bit hard to practice with split groups but hey, nothing's perfect! LOL!!! We'll see what's the outcome from this new venue.

Pirate Ahoy~~!!!

So, we went to visit Paul and Peggie’s set at Moon River Cafe on last Thursday, 13^th August 2009, and had a great time acting like ranch monkeys chatting. But i had to really say that Hugo and Mavis really blew the place apart with their attires! Explanation: They just finished singing at another place with Sandy-chan.

We had some really good time with fellow singers and also with the customers! We saw some familiar faces there and made some new friends too! The best laugh of the day goes to Hugo's imitation of the pirate! Only he would come up with that! So, i think he won't mind cross-dressing when he wins the vote! LOL!!!

SANDY!! Confidence!!!

Well, today's show with Sandy was good despite not working with her for some time now. But a lot of customers mistook Sandy for Peggie!!! LOL!!! This is the first time! But any how, it seems like we still have that partnership chemistry! LOL!! As usual, we started with our own selected songs as opening and then proceeded to singing requests.

Well...nothing much special happen during our sets actually. Well, apart from good interaction from a few tables. What i wanted to blog about was the feedback we got from the customers that i get to see almost every week. One particular customer who turns out to be Sandy’s fans supportive customer, complimented on Sandy’s vocals. He has been supporting Sandy us, on and off, for the past 2 years. Thanks for following us for so long!!! Its hard to find these days…LOL!!! But to be honest, Sandy’s improvement is noticeable. How else would a customer whom we last saw was several months back, could have ever notice that?! Sandy, GAMBATTE!!!!! CONFIDENCE!!!!

After the end of the show, we sat down with some customers who are still there. One group of familiar faces came almost every time we have a show there. We had a drink and got to know each other much better. And they told us the reason they come every time is because they feel that the songs we play is very easy on the ears and they really enjoy themselves there.We wanna say thank you for supporting Crescendo Music for the music we play! Thank you so much! This means so much to us! We hope to be able to entertain all of you in a very special and unplugged way!
